۲- State Custom Company chief Kamalladdin Heydarov said government was working on a state program to stern terms of car import to prevent traffic congestion. Mr. Heydarov says changes will positively reflect in state budget and simplify street traffic.
۳-Since April 1, distribution of addressed social aids to poor citizens will be launched, and the aids will be calculated since January 1. The aids will cover at least 30 per cent of Azeri population. Ali Naghiev, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, says no problems will occur in the implementation of the deal
The aids will be distributed to families, members of which have less than 30 AZN per month. Its amount will be equal to differences in profits of family members per month due to 30 AZN level. Those who have no profit at all will be able to receive 30 AZN maximum. “The aids will be distributed to some 2.56 million people. The figure is due to 40 per cent poverty level.” said Ali Naghiev. Some 72 million AZN has been allocated from Budget to the issue.
